1) Introduction.

1.1. The On-Line order results in acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed here and constitutes a Contract between the buyer and easydoor for the purchase and sale of the products listed in the “online” catalogue of the easydoor.click website.
1.2. In order to receive confirmation of the information displayed , pursuant to Art. 4, paragraph 1, of D. Lgs 185/99, you are required to print or save on computer support these pages, as well as that relating to the Order.

2) The order.

2.1. To order you must be of legal age.
2.2. To place an order you must use the “Electronic Shopping Cart” and complete the registration form following the instructions that will be indicated during the execution. The order consists of the summary page, which is accessed after pressing the “Check order” button, which you need to print and store.
2.3. The prices indicated on the website are VAT 22% excluded, unless otherwise indicated, and excluding transport : for the products selected for purchase or included in the “Shopping Cart”, the unit price, the total price and the total amount of VAT excluded is shown, expressed in Euro.
2.4. easydoor will send, after completion of the order, an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order with the sole purpose of notifying receipt of the order.

The prices of the products published from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. It should be noted, however, that when the customer formulates the purchase order, the prices and products for that transaction become definitive and are in no way modifiable.

3) The payment.

3.1. Payment shall be made exclusively in EURO.
3.2. The following payment methods are available:
Bank Wire Transfer . In this case, in the screen where you are asked to confirm the purchase order, international bank details are also specified.

It should be noted that the execution of a purchase order is suspended until the Seller becomes aware of the payment. Obviously , only from this moment will begin the delivery times.
If the payment does not arrive within 7 days after the moment of forwarding the purchase order , the purchase order will be automatically cancelled.
The Customer is granted the right to cancel the order , by communicating to the e-mail address ”info@easydoor.click ” without charge to the Customer only and exclusively in the case where the goods are not yet in production.

4) Delivery methods and times.

4.1. Delivery is planned for the territory of the Italian Republic , the Vatican State and the Republic of San Marino . The products are delivered by express courier in the times indicated on the site ”easydoor.click’. It should be noted that delivery times start from the day on which the Seller was informed of the payment of the order. The shipping costs are charged to the Customer and the amount is indicated in the purchase order.
4.2. The purchase invoice is sent by e-mail.
4.3. Public holidays and weekdays shall not be calculated on the normally indicated delivery days. The products ordered during the festivities will be delivered to the reopening of the supplying companies: from 01-08 to 31-08 the delivery days depart from the month of September , as well as for orders placed in the last week of December or the first week of January will start from the third week of January.

5) Guarantee.

5.1. The goods shall be assisted and guaranteed directly by the producer and shall therefore be subject to the relevant buying-in procedures, unless otherwise specified. The warranty during the 24 months is exercised exclusively for manufacturing defects. The warranty expires in the event of improper use of the goods purchased , neglect, voluntary damage or any problem resulting from an incorrect installation after the sale; in addition, it shall be recognised only to the original purchaser and shall lapse if the product is sold or transferred to third parties. Damages or indemnities: Conventionally, any right of the customer to damages or indemnification as well as any contractual or other liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property arising from the use or non-use of the products is excluded.

6) Right of withdrawal.

6.1. The sale of products through a website is subject to Legislative Decree no.185 of 22/5/1999, concerning the protection of consumers in the matter of distance contracts, which provides for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
6.2. The right of withdrawal shall apply to consumers, that is to say, natural persons acting for purposes not related to any professional activity. Purchases made by retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. This right cannot be applied to goods whose availability is not immediate (marked with the words AVAILABLE IN STOCK ) and must be ordered and products for the customer and products not sealed in their envelopes.

6.3. The consumer may, without having to specify the reason, return the purchased products to the seller within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. The consumer will be reimbursed for the sums paid, except for the costs of delivery and return of the goods (transport), which remain at the customer’s expense.
6.4. Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal: Within the prescribed period( 10 days) a written and signed communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: Doorhanitalia s.r.l, Strada Banchette 1 , Rosta (TO) . In this communication must be indicated : number and date of the order, number and date of the invoice , bank details on which to obtain the bank transfer (IBAN code of the current account of the invoice holder ). In the event that the invoice holder does not have his bank details, he may provide those of a family member or acquaintance , making explicit mention of permission for Easydoor to credit the amount on such bank details.

The dispatch of these products, by courier, must have the following destination address: Doorhanitalia s.r.l Strada Banchette, 1, 10090 Rosta( TO). The products must be carefully packed in such a way as to preserve the original wrapping , sealed in their packaging without signs of alteration; the goods which do not follow the above indications may be rejected.

Within 30 working days from receipt of the products, Easydoor, will credit the customer, the amount indicated on the invoice for products only and therefore purged of additional costs( transport).

7) Complaints.

The Customer is required to check the goods immediately after its arrival, and any anomalies on the outer packaging of the delivered products must be explicitly indicated on the transport document , before the products are installed and used. Unless the customer exercises the right of withdrawal referred to in point 6 above, any complaints must be submitted in writing no later than 10 working days from the day of receipt of the products. The Seller shall, at its choice, replace the defective products or refund the amount paid by the Customer for their purchase. The Seller has the right to test the products at the time of their return and to charge the Customer any cost incurred by the Seller in the event of a false report of inoperability or defectiveness of the products.

8)Limitations of liability.

Without prejudice to the hypotheses of intent or gross negligence of the Seller , it is hereby agreed that, if the Seller’s liability to the Customer is established for any reason -including the case of default , total or partial, to the obligations assumed by the Seller towards the Customer as a result of the execution of an order- the Seller’s liability may not exceed the price of the products purchased by the Customer and for which the dispute arose. The Seller’s liability for delays in delivery may not exceed the amount of shipping costs incurred by the Customer. In any case, the Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by any delay during transport.

9)Privacy.

According to D. Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196 laying down provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, the customer is informed that the personal data provided with the purchase order may be subject to processing, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, exclusively for administrative purposes and to comply with accounting and tax obligations. The consent to the processing of the data provided by the Customer is mandatory and is deemed implicitly conferred by sending the purchase order.

10) Applicable law and jurisdiction.

10.1. This contract shall be governed by Italian law.
10.2. In the event of a dispute, the Judicial Authority of Turin shall have sole jurisdiction.

 

Delivery of Products
FOR NON-STANDARD MEASUREMENTS, DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY.

The purchased products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer.

Always provide a telephone number for any communications or fax or email.

The customer is required to verify that the package is intact and not damaged. Only after such verification the customer will have to accept the delivery.

In the event that the package represents visual anomalies compared to the above stated, the customer must raise the dispute directly to the carrier, do not collect the goods and send an email through the site or a fax to Easydoor
